With These Hands is an awareness campaign highlighting why public health is important and beneficial for our community. The mission of Public Health Units (PHUs) is to promote and protect population health. PHUs partner with community members and organizations to advocate, develop evidence-based policies, and provide programs and services for a range of health topics. With These Hands showcases how our team works together towards our vision of healthy communities.
